WHAT I CAN DO to Build God's House:
Pray Pray for a successful capital campaign, and pray about your part in it. Pray for souls to be saved, and pray for opportunities to reach others. Pray for favor with the Town of Brighton and with all those on our building team.
Invite Others Help us grow the church by inviting others to church with you. Ask friends and family members to attend and generate excitement by discussing our plans for expansion.
Give Automatically By visiting our campaign website at www.buildingyourfuture.me, you can sign up to fulfill your pledge automatically from a credit card. You can give weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly. Giving this way is easier for you and also easier for the church
Sell Items from around the House Find items in your basement, closet, or garage that you don't need, sell them and give the proceeds.
Donate Investments and Save on Taxes Give stocks or mutual funds to the church instead of selling them and save on your taxes. If you sold them and gave the proceeds to the church, you would have to pay income taxes on the gains. Please consult a tax professional before using this strategy.
