Winter 2006 - Favorable settlement of eminent domain dispute with the Town of Brighton.
January 2007 - Sold 71 acres of appreciated property to the Town of Brighton
2007-2009 - Began the architectural design process, and gathered the right team of builders and advisors
November 2009 - DEIS (Environmental Impact Study) approved by Town of Brighton
