OUR VISION FOR EXPANSION
Within a few years, a new church campus will be constructed to house our rapidly growing
church fellowship. “Faith Village” will be home to a new sanctuary, school & preschool,
and senior apartment housing open to the community.
DESTINY SCHOOL
Faith Temple’s Destiny School and Preschool, a private Christian school and preschool
has been rapidly expanding and needs additional space in order to meet growing demand.
Our plan to expand the school will make it one of the largest church-affiliated
schools in Monroe County.
IMPORTANT MILESTONES REACHED
Winter 2003 Purchase of 121 acres of prime property at the intersection of
Winton & Westfall Roads, totaling 161 acres owned.
Winter 2006 - Favorable settlement of eminent domain dispute with the Town of Brighton.
January 2007 - Sold 71 acres of appreciated property to the Town of Brighton for $2.9 million.
2005 -2007 - Sold 18 detached acres of appreciated property to developer for over $2.1 million.
Over $1 million raised from first capital campaign.
Groundbreaking expected in late 2009 to early 2010.
