On Saturday June 2nd, the parents of Destiny School & Preschool joined their children for an exciting morning of digging and planting and watering their new "Butterfly Garden", which is located next to the Faith Center building.

The garden is designed to attract butterflies and will serve as an outdoor learning classroom for the students. They will learn about the life cycle of butterflies, the eco system and about how flowers and plants grow. What a great experience!

The Butterfly Garden was dedicated on June 14th to our beloved founding principal, June Bond, who has moved to San Antonio, Texas. June 14th 2007 was officially proclaimed "June Bond Day" by Mayor Robert J. Duffy!
